The property has since more than doubled in value since the acquisition.

Represented the assortment of sellers, which consisted of 14 entities and successfully negotiated an above market price for the site. The buyer is currently pursuing entitlements to develop a new Class "A" R&D facility. The buyer paid 100% of the asking price and utilized all-cash to complete the transaction.
